Walking at Disney

Walking at Disney is a definite!!  Even with the smaller crowds you will still do lots of walking.  it is important for you to prepare BEFORE you go.

Here are a couple hints from me:

1-Start walking 30 minutes a day (does not have to be fast)

2-Break in your shoe BEFORE getting to Disney

3-Make sure to keep hydrated as well

4-Start at least 2 months in advance of your trip

5-If possible increase your walking time up to 60 minutes

You will thank me later when your legs aren’t as tired and you are prepared to tackle the world!!  Disney World that is.  Let’s talk walking and Disney.
