Walking at Disney

Let’s keep talking about walking.
You do a LOT of walking at Disney. This is of course unless you are being pushed in a wheelchair or stroller or are in an ECV. Those are for another day.
You will be doing more walking than you are used to, probably. Once you set the date for Disney, start walking EVERY DAY. Yes every day.
I recommend walking 30 minutes a day to get in “training” for Disney. If you want to walk more, feel free, it will only help.
I have had people say I am good shape, and I don’t doubt they are, but walking each day for 10K plus steps takes some training too.
So get some good music going and let’s start walking!!
