Looking for something different non-park to do? Why not check out the other resorts??
A couple years ago my husband and I decided, or I decided, we should see every resort. It was Christmas time and I thought, how cool to see them now.
We were able to see all of them except Shades of Green.. Only way to go there is with the proepr military ID or if staying there with a military/former military person.
It was amazing! One of my favorites then was going to the Grand Floridian and seeing and smelling the gingerbread store.
What I still try to do is go to Animal Kingdom Lodge and go out back to see what animals might be around. it can be day or night. I have seen more animals in the morning.
