Epcot has a very unique shopping experience for you. You have multiple countries that you can shop from. The products are from the country that you are in. I personally had a beautiful silk handbag that I loved that I got in China. You can get a pickle ornament in Germany (stop by store to find out the story). So many choices to pick from.
Also, you have Mouse Gears near the front of Epcot. The store is HUGE and you have so many items to pick from. Good news if you are staying on site you can have shipped back to your resort-no need to carry around all day. If you are staying off site, you can have shipped to from of park and pick it up on your way out. EASY.
