The goal of any good travel agent is to ensure you have a stress-free, relaxing vacation at the best price possible. Your travel agent will help to get you the best package and deal for you and your group.   Not only that – one of the big perks of working with a travel agent is that if a better deal comes out after you book with them, they will work to rebook your vacation package to save you money!  You don’t need to check around for better pricing or waste time trying to rebook – they do it for you!  This is a big win for you and certainly a time saver.

Travel agents are also a wealth of information – use them to your advantage!  Not only can your travel agent book your reservations – they can also provide you with a lot of knowledge and insight about your destination. Additionally, your agent can offer information about various activities and extras to help tailor your plans to create the most fun, stress-free vacation possible.

It’s not always about the fun stuff though – what about when things go awry when you’re far away from home?  You can call your travel agent then too! One of the benefits of having a travel agent is their ability to be your personal advocate and mitigate situations on your behalf. If you run into any issues, your travel agent can make calls and usually fix the issue, so you don’t have to waste valuable vacation time problem solving.

I believe your Travel Agent should have tons of experience traveling and trying new adventures– the travel agents I prefer to work with do. First hand travel experience helps make a travel agent all the more valuable.  Think of it this way – would you want a travel agent who has never been to Disney to help you plan your Disney trip?  Personally, I want someone who has the experience and knowledge to assist my clients in getting to Disney and helping them choose the best resort, tickets and dining plan to suit their needs.

I am always on top of specials that suppliers are running and will secure a lower price (or cabin upgrade or onboard credits) for you if I can even after you have already booked with me. My phone is also set to ring 24 hours a day while my clients are traveling, so that I can assist you with anything you might need. Your happiness and satisfaction are my top priority; my goal is to exceed the expectations of my clients, and so far I have been totally successful at doing so.

I have achieved my Accredited Cruise Counselor Certification with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), so I can say that I am a cruise expert. I also received the distinguished Certified Travel Associate certification from The Travel Institute. With the knowledge gained by my extensive travel experience (23 countries, 30 states, and 22 cruises so far) and customer service experience (including 2.5 years employed at Walt Disney World Resort), I am excited and ready to help you plan new adventures! I provide excellent customer service as well as assistance with every step of the booking process.
