Here are some quick tips and tricks for saving money at Disney. Naturally, I want to help you save money at Disney.
1. Use a Disney Authorized Travel Agent
You will want someone who knows the Disney Park in and out. Authorized Disney Travel Agents will know all the best deals and when they’re coming out. They’ll help maximize your money
2. Choose Your Travel Dates Wisely
Slower times cost less, adversely the busiest times of the year are most expensive. Christmas is the most expensive time to visit while the second half of January and middle of September are the cheapest times to visit.
3. Get on Disney Email Lists to be Notified as Soon as Discounts are Available
Disney is always adding discounts to get people into the resorts and parks. Sign up for the Disney email list so you will be notified as soon as there’s a discount or a promotion.
4. Bring snacks and water into the parks with you
Concerned about cost of food? Consider bringing your own snacks, food and water. Remember that you can also ask for ice water at any counter service for free. During the hot times in Florida they will offer it to people in the parks. Remember NO GLASS and no large coolers. This means, I suggest checking the exact information on the Disney website if you are considering bringing one to Disney
5. Stay off site
Although you won’t be immersed in the Disney Magic. Other options include staying off site at either a timeshare, house rental, or hotel. For instance, these can end up being more cost effective. You will still have to pay the $25/day for parking, but you may also have a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
6. Share Meals in the Parks
Many of the restaurants have meals that are large enough to share. Another option is to order the kids meals.
I hope this helps you and check out our services. Please feel free to share any of your own tips below for saving money at Disney. Thank you in advance.
