Looking for a resting spot at Epcot? I find it to be a bit harder here to find them. Epcot is a LOT of walking so it is more important.
In Future World:
1-You can often find seating in Innoventions buildings.
2-Sunshine Season dining area
3-Between the Land building and Animation building
In World Showcase:
1-In back of United Kingdom
2-Along the waterfront
3-America Gardens Theatre, if no show is going on
Remember, sit down dining will help you get out of the heat and into the AC. Also a chance to rehydrate.
