Hello everyone. Here is my planning at Disney for Animal Kingdom on a Extra Magic Morning when I stayed on site. Unfortunately, we could not plan for the rain.
The day was 10/23/17 a Monday at Animal Kingdom and the hours for EMH (Extra Magic Hours) were 8-9 AM, 630 at bus stop, 655 bus arrived, through security.
1-Walk to Pandora, cast members had rope to keep people from running or pushing, opened at about 745 AM, went directly onto Flights of Passage, off ride at 815 am-wow!!!
2-Then to Na’vi-15 minute wait-off before 9 am
3-walked to safari-off safari by 930 am.
4-On to FOTLK Show for 10, stand by line, out of show by 1040 am.
5-20 minute wait for ITTBAB out by 1115 am
6-Flights of Wonder Show (1130 am)
7-Gorilla Trail
1 PM Yak & Yeti sit down lunch-very busy here (If you have a party of 3 or more, let others stand outside to free up lobby space).
8-Primeval Whirl FP#1 220-320, arrived 245
9-FP #2 Nemo 4 PM show (arrival 330-345) about ¾ full, came out to rain, checked radar, decided to head back to resort-bus seats full but bus NOT full
Original FP, safari 1140-1240, Na’vi 215-315, Kali 320-420
Sometimes you can get on a ride or go to an attraction so don’t hesitate if the wait is low as you can change your future fastpass. Sometimes, I will stay in the park even when it is raining (I have my handy dandy Disney poncho) but decided not to on this day.
