Picking a Date
“Slower” dates include:
- Mid-January through Mid-February, Mid-April and until early May
- Last week of August until mid-October, and Mid-November until mid-December.
Busy dates include:
- Holiday/Long weekends busy especially Christmas week & New Year’s Week busiest
- School Breaks Busy and don’t underestimate Summer as it IS busy (also VERY hot)

Choose your method of Transportation (Flying/Driving/Train). Remember parking at a Disney Resort is between $15 and $25/night. For parking at a park when NOT staying at a Disney Resort is currently $25 per day.
#4 CHOOSE HOW MANY DAYS IN EACH PARK
- The more days you buy, the less cost per day
- Age 2 and under free, age 3-9 child, 10 and up adult (Disney definitions)
- Park hoppers
- Water parks and more
- Nighttime entertainment in each park
#5 PLAN DAYS IN PARK, DO NOT SCHEDULE
- FLEXIBILITY
- General plan not, schedule (schedule creates stress)

- Link to ALL foods and restaurants at Disney: All Ears Menu
#7 RIDE/ATTRACTION RESERVATIONS
- Genie+ is important but has a cost. Also, use of Individual Lightning Lanes is key
- Use ride reservations for most popular rides/attractions
- When staying at Disney Resort get into any of the 4 theme parks 30 minutes early
- If at Deluxe Resort get extended evening hours at Epcot (Monday night) & Magic Kingdom (Wednesday night)
#8 WHAT TO DO ON YOUR DOWN DAY
- Sleep in and relax
- Go swimming
- Enjoy and explore your resort or other resorts
- Explore to Disney Springs
