MAY NEWSLETTER- DINING AT DISNEY

Let’s start this out by saying that it is VERY IMPORTANT to be ready at 180 days out to make your table service dining reservations.
I know, everyone thinks 180 days no way, sometimes I don’t know what I want for dinner today!!
I hear you and I understand.  I want you to have those magical dining experiences that you want.  I do understand that not everyone wants to do table service. Fortunately, Disney offers many counter service (quick service) choices as well.
Here is a link to use when determining what you 180-day window is, also shows your 30 or 60 day for your Fastpass reservations: http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.php It is a great tool and will really help you.   Here are some of the TOP restaurants and hardest ones to get, so get them early: 1-Be Our Guest (Magic Kingdom) 2-Cinderellas Royal Table (Magic Kingdom) 3-Chef Mickey (Contemporary Resort) 4-Ohanas (Polynesian Resort) 5-California Grill (Contemporary Resort) 6-Le Cellier (Epcot) 7-Victoria and Alberts (Grand Floridian) 8-1900 Park Fare (Grand Floridian)   You can make your reservations on line starting at 6AM at your 180-day mark.  IF you are staying on Disney property, you can make them at 180 days for up to 10 consecutive days (known as 180+ 10). Make sure to sign into your My Disney Experience account prior to starting as it will save you time.  If staying off site you will need to get up and do at EACH 180-day mark (nice bonus for staying on site at Disney).
Or you can start calling in for them at 7 AM at 1-407-939-3463.  Obviously, starting on line at 6 AM gives you better chances of getting your first-choice restaurants and times.   I was lucky enough to get a window seat at Cinderella’s Royal Table on my visit this month! Big Score!!

I personally love to dine at Disney and am working to try ALL of their restaurants.  Remember that there are many wonderful restaurants at the Moderate and Deluxe resorts you may want to try.  Here is a great link for the menus: http://allears.net/dining/menu .  This includes table, quick, carts, everything!  It is very helpful. Here are some of my favorites:
Magic Kingdom

-Table Service:  Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern -Quick Service:  Casey’s Epcot -Table service:  Via Napoli and Rose & Crown -Quick Service: Sunshine Seasons Hollywood Studios -Table Service:  50’s Prime Time and Hollywood Brown Derby Animal Kingdom -Table Service:  Tusker House and Yak& Yeti -Quick Service:  Flame Tree BBQ Contemporary Resort -Chef Mickey Grand Floridian -Grand Floridian Café Fort Wilderness -Hoop Dee Doo Revue Animal Kingdom Lodge -Boma’s

There are so many choices and this is just a few of them.  You may want to try something different from your norm or stick with a menu you are used to. Disney is always adding new restaurants and choices for you to try. Either way enjoy!!
I hope this helps you with your planning and trip to Disney.  Part of my services include teaching you how to use this app to your best advantage.
