Magic Express is your carriage to your Disney Resort.
Magic Express is included in your resort fee. You only need to book it with your resort reservation (or have your TA do it for you). You will need flight numbers and arrival times.
You must arrive between 5 AM and 10 Pm, if it is outside of these hours you can still use Magic Express but you will need to stop and get your own luggage.
This is how it basically works :
-You sign up in advance
-Flight day you arrive at your home airport , check in, check in your bags and board the plane (***remember to have your Magic bands in your carry on as you will need them***)
-You arrive at Orlando Airport (yes it must be MCO- Orlando Airport)
-You go toward the baggage claim but skip it. You will see LOTS fo sign for Magic Express, follow them
-You will then see disney Cast Members who will have you scan your Magic Bands and get you onto your resort bus
-You arrive at resort
Luggage will follow about 4-5 hours later.
Once you arrive, if room is ready you can go straight to your room, if not then you have choices. Disney will text you when your room is ready with room #.
You can relax and check out resort (if you packed bathing suits in carry on you can swim).
You can get on a bus, boat, or monorail and head into a park.
