What is Magic Express? That is the bus that will pick you up at Orlando Airport (MCO) and bring you to your Disney resort. Their is no additional fee to use this! Make sure you have your magic band with you as that is what gets you on.
You can set this up on your own when you make reservations, or have your travel agent take care of it for you or call Disney direct to set up. You will need your airline and flight number.
They mail you special tags to go on your luggage. This means you check in at home airport with tags on your luggage, then once you land at Orlando you go directly to Magic Express, your luggage will show up 3-5 hours later at your resort room. So, if you need something please put it in your carry on.
The day before you are leaving you will be notified when to be at the Magic Express (usually 3 hours prior to flight departure time). You can check your luggage at the resort check in and get your boarding passes.
This service is available from 5 AM to 10 PM, if you are outside of those times you will need to pick up your own luggage.
