My favorite thing about Halloween at Disney is the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! This is a must do for me!!
CANDY-
Special treats abound throughout the parks. check out the Halloween specialty treats that you can buy . Let’s not forget about the amazing trick or treating that goes on during the parties. let me tell you this, it’s the “good stuff” too! Here are a couple of hints. Number one is to bring Ziploc bags in case you get some rain to protect your candy. Disney will provide you a bag for all your trick or treating needs but you can bring your own as well. Number two is to wait until later in the night to trick or treat as you get more goodies as they are trying to get rid of it at that point. If you have a food allergy you can get a special bag and then collect tokens to redeem later on at specified locations.
COSTUMES-
Dress your group with the same theme or all different. everyone can wear a costume but know the costume guidelines. I have to wear by Cruella costume, of course. It is always great to see the clever ideas that people come up with to wear.
ENTERTAINMENT-
Hallowishes is the best fireworks show at Disney, in my opinion. It is a must do to see during this fun event and party. Make sure to get your seat staked out early so you can really see this! Another thing is the Boo to You parade. I have really missed it the past 2 years and am really looking forward to it in it’s entirety. It starts off with the Headless Horseman. lastly, but not least, is the Hocus Pocus Villain spectacular. This show takes place on center stage in front of the castle several times a night. dance parties are also available in various locations around the park.
