FASTPASS is a must!
I want to stress again how important the use of your Fastpasses are.
Remember you get to pick 3 for each day for a park. Choose wisely.
Also, if you are staying on site you can pick at 60 days out from arrival. For off site it is 30 days.
You pick them through your My disney Experience account for your group. Not everyone has to go on the same rides either-pick individually.
Use them for your must do rides or attractions. No one wants to stand in line.
PS You get to pick a new one after you use your third one, then after using the fourth one, etc.
