I love what Disney does for their festivals at Epcot!!!
Early January we have the Festival of the Arts!!
Then for Spring we get the Flower and Garden Festival-let’s talk AMAZING COLOR!!
In the fall we get my favorite the Food & Wine Festival-Eat your way around the world (you will need more than one day for this).
Today I am talking about the Flower & Garden Festival. Epcot comes alive with color and topiaries. Everywhere you look you will see something new and different. Yes, some of our favorites come back, year after year, but their is always something new and different. One of my favorite is the Lady and the Tramp topiary that usually is at Italy. But don’t under estimate the different Lion King topiaries over by the Outpost and Germany.
Look across the waterways to see the bright colors and designs that come to life. I also suggest a stroll down the rose path from Future World to World Showcase. It is definitely worth your time. As they say, take time to smell the roses.
The food kitchens will also appear with new and different foods and beverages for you to try. My favorite beverage is the frozen violet lemonade. The foods are more flower and garden based but are very tasty. You should check out the food list in advance to know what you might like to try. Also, don’t forget to pick up your passport to keep track of what you try. Here is the link for the menu:https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/epcot/flower-garden-outdoor-kitchens/
You can also listen to bands at the Garden Rocks concert series. Their is no additional fee and they perform multiple times in the evening. here is the link to this years series: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/entertainment/epcot/flower-garden-rocks-concert-series/
You will certainly enjoy your time at Epcot and their is so much to do?? What will you do first??
