ECV/Wheel chairs- This can be a life saver, but sadly it cna be a tough conversation to have.
Often, as we age we do not like to think about being older and less mobile. We fight getting an ECV/wheelchair.
The problem is that it can make it hard for the rest of the travel group. I know that my husband fought going to the ECV (he has a hip injury). He can walk but not fast or any long distances. Obviously, both of these happen at Disney. Now we ALWAYS get him an ECV to make the trip good for the entire travel group.
You again, have many options- renting at parks (first come , first serve), renting from off site suppliers and bringing your own.
