Disney’s Girls getaway!

Disney Girls Getaway weekend or more!

A girls’ getaway to Disney can be a fantastic and memorable experience. When traveling to Disney there are plenty of ways to make the most of your visit. Here are some tips for planning a successful Disney girls’ getaway:

  1. Choose the Right Time: Consider visiting during a less crowded time of year to minimize wait times and maximize your enjoyment. Avoid peak holiday periods if possible.
  2. Accommodations: Disney offers a range of on-site resorts and off-site options. Staying on-site can be more convenient and immersive and I would highly recommend for the getaway! Choose accommodations that fit your group’s budget and preferences.
  3. Park Tickets: Decide how many days you’ll spend in the parks and purchase your tickets in advance to save time and money. Multi-day passes often offer discounts.
  4. Dining Reservations: Make dining reservations well in advance, especially if you want to experience popular character meals or fine dining restaurants within the parks.  Make sure to do these as early as possible, 60 days out.
  5. Genie+: Utilize Disney’s Genie+ to reserve access to popular rides and attractions in advance. This will help you avoid long lines.
  6. Disney Park Apps: Download the official Disney park apps to keep track of wait times, show schedules, and dining options. You can also use these apps to make reservations and mobile order food.
  7. Plan Together: Before your trip, discuss your group’s priorities, such as which rides and attractions are must-do’s. This will help you create a rough itinerary.
  8. Relax and Enjoy: While planning is important, be sure to leave time for relaxation and spontaneous adventures. Disney parks have plenty of beautiful areas to explore and enjoy.
  9. Photo Opportunities: Disney parks are full of fantastic photo spots. Don’t forget to capture the memories, whether through candid shots, character meet-and-greets, or iconic landmarks.
  10. Nighttime Spectaculars: Make sure to catch the nightly fireworks, parades, and shows. These are often a highlight of any Disney visit.
  11. Group Activities: Disney offers a variety of tours, workshops, spas and other group activities that can add an extra layer of magic to your getaway.
  12. Transportation: Plan your transportation to and from the parks, whether you’re driving or using Disney’s transportation options like buses, monorails, and boats.

Remember that a girls’ getaway to Disney is all about having fun, making memories, and enjoying the magic of Disney together. With some planning and flexibility, you’re sure to have a fantastic and unforgettable experience.
