Have you checked out or used the concierge service desk at your resort?
Many hotels/resorts (Not just Disney) have a concierge service desk. This is a great contact person at the resort near the front desk that can help you with questions, maybe a dining reservation, tickets for a special event and so many other things.
I recommend locating this when you arrive as they may come in helpful during your stay.
They will do everything they can to help you but sadly not everything.
