Magic Kingdom is a great park for character meets!!
At Magic Kingdom you can use fastpass for them if you would like for:
Tiana and Rapunzel at Fairy Tale hall OR Elena and Cinderella there as well
Talking Mickey at Town Square Theater
Tinkerbell at Town Square Theater
Remember that character meals are another choice with Cinderella’s Royal Table and Crystal Palace are good choices!
As you walk around you will certainly find more. To me it has become a challenge to add new characters to my vest each time I go to a park, who will YOU find?? Enjoy!
