Arrive early in the parks. What I mean by early is at least 30 minutes PRIOR to official park opening. They have been known to open early, so this will give you a jump start on the others who arrive at opening.
Also, arrive early for parades and fireworks to get the best seating. sadly, you do sometimes have people who arrive at the last minute and will try to “nudge” their way in. Please, be polite and do not let them ruin your good time or views.
Thirdly, arrive early at dining reservations. I try to get their about 10 minutes in advance. I have been lucky to get seated early. This makes it for less down time. So I can get back out into the parks sooner.
