A perfect day at Magic Kingdom

A perfect day at Magic Kingdom can be a magical experience filled with excitement and joy. Here’s a suggested itinerary for a fantastic day:

Morning:

  1. Arrival: Get to Magic Kingdom early to make the most of your day. Take some time to soak in the iconic atmosphere and snap some photos in front of Cinderella’s Castle. If staying on site get there early to take advantage of the extra 30 minutes, they make a huge difference!!
  2. Attractions: Start your day with popular attractions like Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Use the My Disney Experience app to check wait times and plan accordingly. Make use of the Genie+ option and maybe even the Individual Lightning Lanes.
  3. Character Meet and Greets: Meet your favorite Disney characters for some memorable photo opportunities. Locations like Town Square Theater and Princess Fairytale Hall are great for character encounters. Best way to meet is at dining experiences so you don’t lose time in the parks.
  4. Lunch: Enjoy a sit-down dining experience at one of Magic Kingdom’s themed restaurants. Be Our Guest Restaurant or Cinderella’s Royal Table offer a unique dining experience.

Afternoon:

5. Parade: Catch one of the afternoon parades, such as the Festival of Fantasy Parade. Find a good spot along the parade route in advance to have a great view.

Attractions and Rides: Continue exploring attractions and rides. Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and Peter Pan’s Flight are must-visit classics.

  1. Snack Time: Indulge in some iconic Disney snacks like a Mickey-shaped pretzel or a Dole Whip.
  2. Interactive Play Areas: If you have kids, let them burn off some energy at interactive play areas like Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station.

Evening: 9. Dinner: Head to a sit-down restaurant for a delicious dinner. Liberty Tree Tavern or The Crystal Palace are good choices.

  1. Fireworks: End your day with the spectacular Happily Ever After fireworks show. Find a comfortable spot in front of Cinderella’s Castle for the best view. Consider booking a dessert party for an extra special experience.
  2. Nighttime Spectaculars: After the fireworks, explore other nighttime entertainment like the Once Upon a Time projection show on Cinderella’s Castle.

Remember to check the daily schedule for any special events, character appearances, or changes in showtimes. And most importantly, have a magical day at the happiest place on Earth!
